About This Project
This film documents the second annual project trip of Des Sourires Pour le Togo that I edited. Like the year before, I received a large amount of raw footage and conducted interviews with the volunteers who had been on the trip. Turning so much material into a complete story is always challenging, which makes the interviews very important for understanding the experiences behind the images.
The footage touches me deeply every time. Creating this documentary is not only technical work but also an emotional process. My goal is to share the experiences, challenges, and successes as honestly as possible. My aim is to join the trip in 2026 to document it from within and create an even more authentic and immersive story.
Demian manages, with his extraordinary creativity, his fine sense for emotion and his absolute professionalism, to transform our projects into moving masterpieces that captivate from the first to the last second and go straight to the heart. His videos for our association do not simply tell stories. They make people feel, empathize and understand why our work in Togo has such a powerful impact. Working with Demian is inspiring, efficient and full of passion at the highest level. An incredibly talented video artist whom we recommend without reservation and with complete conviction. Chapeau!
